At Eric Child Custody Law, we take a different approach to representing parents in child custody matters. Yes, we do take all types of child support matters for both mothers and fathers and both prosecuting and defending domestic violence and sexual abuse allegations. But, unless we are convinced that the child is in actual danger or threat of danger for the other parent, we will not file domestic violence or sexual abuse claims. We strive to be honest and ask the same integrity from our clients. However, more importantly, if the child is not in any actual danger to his/her health or welfare, the filing of false or unsubstantiated allegations against the other parent can often times hurt our client’s case for custody and/or visitation.
